How long will it take to receive my video or photos?

Depending upon the type of project, editing and enlargement of photographs, you can expect to receive your video or photographs within 4 - 6 weeks.

Do you give out negatives?

Yes, at a reasonable price. But many photographers offer a package where they take your pictures and give you the negatives and you take care of the printing. The problem is that you don't know how the pictures will turn out after printing and you get stacked with a nightmare. At JW Photography and Video, we believe in starting and completing the job professionally. The smile on your face means alot to us. 

What type of Cameras do you use?

We use Sony professional 3 chip Digital Video Cameras, Panasonic professional 3 chip Digital Video Cameras, Olympus E-20 Digital Camera, Minolta 9xi 35 mm Camera and Sony wireless audio system . Video editing workstation components include state of the art digital technologies from Sony, Adobe and Pinnacle System.

Do you have back up equipment?

Yes. There is always at minimum a second camera set up and ready to roll at all events.

Can I see samples of your work?

Yes. We believe in a personalized approach with every client. We will happily set consultation appointment with you, where demo material will be availabe, and an estimate can be provided for your project. There is no charge for consultation. Just call us and make an appointment.

Does the Retainer (deposit) apply to the purchase?

Yes. The deposit amount is subtracted from the purchase price with the balance due on or before the wedding day.

Is the retainer ( deposit) refundable?

No. Sorry but due to the nature ot the wedding business and the limited number of days that can be booked once a deposit and agreement is reached it is not refundable. We only shoot one per day in order to give the client undivided attention and once your deposit is received and you are on the calender all other calls or requests are turned down.
